Nilton Mutungi – ICT Manager

Mr. Mutungi is the ICT Manager at SISDO. He has played a significant role in advancing ICT systems and systems implementation and rolling out various technology initiatives. He is very knowledgeable in Information Technology infrastructure, Software design and Network systems architecture.  Mr. Mutungi is currently pursuing his Doctor of Philosophy in Information Systems, holds a Master of Science degree in Data Communication, a Bachelor of Science Degree in Information Technology (Software Engineering).

He has a vast experience in Information Communication Technology, SACCO Management, Information Systems Auditing, Management Information Systems Officer.

Mrs. Hilda Wanjiku Mwai - Credit Operations Manager

She holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Business Administration from Jomo Kenyatta University. She also holds and Diploma in Business Administration from Cooperative University. Hilda has previously worked with SISDO as a Branch Manager and as a Assistant Credit Manager. She has over 8 years solid experience in Credit Management

Charles Obonyo - Training Manager

Mr. Obonyo has an experience of over 25 years in community mobilization and training of community groups and about  20 years in Microfinance. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration (with IT), a Diploma in Social Development and several certificates in Training of Trainers, Women in Management, Microfinance, among others.

He has trained several Business Development Officers (BDOs) and Branch Managers in Best Practices in Microfinance and how to use group lending methodology.

Mr. Obonyo has conducted several consultancies both in Kenya and within Africa. He supported CEDA Botswana in designing, developing and implementing the group lending methodology within their Microfinance Unit with an emphasis on building its staff capacity in Group Lending methodology. The consultancy was conducted as from 23rd April, 2016 to 31st July,2016 in Botswana.

He has also been involved in Training of groups in Leadership, group dynamics, loan and business management, financial literacy among others.

Charles has vast experience and expertise in the following areas; Development of   organization's training strategy, Identifying and designing  of  training and development programmes, Development of training budgets, Evaluation of training and development programmes; Writing training proposals, Development of training materials and tools, Management and delivery of training and development programmes, Monitoring and review of impact of training, promotion and outreach of  products and services and Development of marketing plans and targets. 

Mr. Stephen Njiri Githua -Ag. CEO/Finance and Investments Manager

Mr. Stephen Njiri holds an MBA in finance, A Bachelor of Business administration (Accounting and Finance), CPA (K) and also a Certified Public Secretary Finalist. He is a wealth of experience in Finance, administration and investments in both Micro finance and SACCO sectors.
